Do you Travel?
Certainly! I have clients based in Hampshire, London and along the South Coast and I'm happy to visit as many locations as I can as my studio travels with me.
Where are you based?
I'm originally from Hampshire and I now live in South Somerset so I can usually be found in the surrounding area of Castle Cary, but my work takes me everywhere, including internationally too!
Do you have a studio?
Yes! I have a little studio available for intimate portrait sessions.
How many photos do we get?
There are no limits on the number of photos included in a session, but depending on your chosen experience, you can expect to receive between thirty and two-hundred digital images.
How long have you been a Photographer?
I have been a professional photographer since 2021 and a hobbyist photographer for a number of years prior, primarily it's my first love, but my appreciation for visual creativity has taken me into new realms of possibility on the career path.
How do we get our photos?
Your photos will be presented through my client gallery on my website and will be secured with a personal access password, which will be provided to you once your payment has been received.
Do you retouch photos?
Absolutely! All photos will be fully retouched before being added to your personal gallery - I am also happy to release any original files to you.
What is your turn around time?
You can expect your photos to be ready in approximately two to three weeks, although I can certainly offer my recommendations if my work is required earlier, I understand that some clients work on tight deadlines so I have been able to produce my work within 24 hours - This is of course providing that the quality of my work and your experience is not compromised.
How do we book you?
You can either make a booking through the 'Contact' page of my website or you can arrange bookings through my Facebook and Instagram page.
Can you help us with planning?
Yes, if you have a special occasion in mind I would love to help any way I can to ensure your session runs smoothly.
How far out do you book?
You can book any time in advance and your deposit won't be collected until nearer the time as I appreciate circumstances can change.
What should we wear?
Wear something you would like to be photographed in that is weather and location appropriate - particularly if you are outdoors for your session, I want you to be comfy, happy and relaxed.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! You can bring as many friends family or fluffy members to a single session as you would like for outdoor sessions or a chaperone for studio portraits. The more the merrier!
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit isn't usually required to secure your session, however there is a non-refundable retainer fee for reserving my time and services, which will be deducted from the total cost of your session afterwards.
However I firmly believe that my services should be affordable to everyone, so I am happy to discuss payment options with you.
How much do you charge?
All of my starting rates can be found on my 'Experience Packages' page, so this is very much tailored to your requirements, however my base rate is £20 an hour while on site (unless otherwise negotiated) which is separated from any of the one packages.
What qualifications do you have?
I'm fully self-taught and forever inquisitive to keep learning!
However, I am an accredited AOP Photographer currently studying a Bachelors (Hon) in Photography Degree with plans to complete a Masters Degree after.
I also hold an Enhanced DBS check, which I am happy to provide a copy of, on request.
My finances have changed, how can I pay for my session?
I firmly believe that my services should be affordable to all and I am very understanding of when circumstances change, and all payment options can be discussed in advance, but if you are struggling to make an agreed invoice payment then it's important for us to communicate this together and I am happy to arrange an agreed payment plan with you, which can avoid any unnecessary stress for you.
